The place is worth to visit
The place is relatively distant from Pl. España, but in a very good location, quiet, far from tourist paths, very easy to reach and in a walking distance from it, with nice restaurants for locals and supermarkets nearby. You may use the both metro stations from L1 line. Everything was perfect. Should you plan to join the local community, then this is the place. The host was very friendly and supportive. She gave us valuable hints to see the city, the best ways to reach its hidden pearls.

My stay here was amazing, would definitely recommend.
Perfect location close to the metro stop and some small supermarkets, so very practical! The apartment felt spacious and clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Having two bathrooms was definitely a bonus and it was lovely to sit on the small balcony in the evenings. The air conditioning was great, so it never felt too hot. Pilar was there to meet us when we arrived to hand over the keys and was very kind and welcoming. Our stay here was honestly amazing, I would definitely stay here again!
Only thing that a few of my friends mentioned was that the pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but this was a very minor issue and didn’t have an impact on our stay!
